i have a theft by taking over 500.00 charge on me but i took nothing from the proptery the arresting officer saw i had nothing when i left so how can they charge me with that

where is the best place to get information on my rights as being on ex. supervision .if i have any rights at all? how do i get my p.o. to allow me to transfer when she wont file the paper work.who do i go to if her supervisor and her are best friends and he does not disagree with her ever . is that conflict of interest ? i really need some help i am not allowed to go to church because the hours she says i can leave at and come home even though i am not on emp is that a violation of my constitutional rights of religion no matter what i should be able to attend what i believe in right?anyonehelp

I was convicted of butt fucking a 90 year old man against his will. They gave me 7 years. I know deep down he really wanted his rear roids massaged because he complained about the roids constantly. I believe I eased his suffering by rubbing my penis inside his rectum, while also relieving myself too. Because my intentions were good natured and no actual harm was done (in fact the old man benefited from my action) do I have a good case for appeal?

My boyfriend is on felony probation for drugs and he just got locked up for a sells case and violation of felony probation charge. How much time is he looking at? What about spending allot of money on an attorney, would it be a waste of money?? I mean he's on probation for drugs then sells to a undercover so how can attorney really fight that in court? How much time is he really looking at? We live in GA not sure if that matters, never been through anything like this before
