if a child 15 was in the process of trading cars with someone both parents were involved the 15 year old had possesion of the car drove it wrecked and killed his friend the title transfer had never taking place now the boys mother is wanting to sue the other persons insurance could this make for grand theif if that owner did not give him permission to drive
