Depending on your state will decide your fate. It looks like you may possibly be spending some time in the system and possible probation with restrictions and commitments to your county. There may be a delay in sentencing depending on how many cases are ahead of yours. They will take their time and my suggestion is to keep yourself clean and out of further troubles with the law.
