i know that he did not do any of crimes he is charged with.

My son was acused in 2004 of indecent behavior of a juvinile in 2006 it was change to sexual assault with a juvinile an was arrested for this,this was the only arrest an he was released 3 hours later, in july08 he was put on probation it was revolked 5 days later cause the judge says the punishment didnt fit the crime now we have to go to court again in august 2010 for his first arraignment an the charge was change again this time its obsenity to a juvinile an also it was never listed as a felony till now my son was 16 years old when this started in 04,we have all the paperwork since this started an nobody will talk to us without giving them money an we have a public defender but she dont talk to us till we in court the da says she wont talk with us and I know if somebody sits with us for even a hour they would see my son didnt do this crime so who do we turn to now I dont even know
