I was convicted of a felony 30 yrs ago for welfare fraud.Served 30 days in jail, repayed all restituion and completed all probation. This keeps me from getting a good job.How can i remove this from my record. Im now 50 yrs old and have led a very hardworking life. Will this haunt me for ever.

Without knowing the state in which this occurred this is very difficult to answer. Every state has their own laws and statues that could pertain to this specifically. However on the good side, you have been clear of this for nearly 30 years it seems. So as a general rule of thumb, I would say yes you do have a chance of getting this removed/sealed/expunged.
