I have a transcript of my record witch is a Criminal contempt 2nd class A Felony Plea guity.Date 1-28-99 disposition SCCF-Time Served Prob-3yrs and it say on my transcript Adv of right to Appreal.It was my frist felony in the State of New York.Given an unstated amount of credit for time served.
