I BELIEVE I HAVE ABOUT 9 FELONIES ON MY RECORD INCLUDING 5 MISDEMEANORS AND I'VE BEEN ON PROBATION WITH STAR COURT IN HARRIS COUNTY FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR AND FOUR MONTHS I'VE JUST COMPLETED MY STAR COURT PROBATION AND NOW I ONLY HAVE ONE YEAR LEFT ON REGULAR PROBATION IS THERE ANY TYPE OF WAY I CAN GET THESE FELONIES OFF MY RECORD ONCE I'M OFF PROBATION?

Since you have a large number of felonies and misdemeanors on your record AND you are still on probation. The answer is no. With that many convictions you will need to show several years of rehabilitation and community involvement prior to being able to submit for any sort of expungement of your record.
