Felony Guide

i didn't even know i could have a felony expunged.i was covicted in 1989 in rockwall tx.when i tryed to get info on how to get a expungment i was told call a lawyer,he told me it would cost me approx $250.00 for the court and $750.00 for his fees.my conviction is 20 yrs old,ino longer live in texas (i live in ohio)its not like i can just drive to the court house.if anyone can help e-mail me back

Texas does allow for most felonies (minus violent crimes) to be expunged. Even though you no longer live in Texas, it is possible to get your record expunged.
