I have a 1987 felony in Illinois and having a hard time finding employment. Is there any "hope" my felony can be expunged or be sealed? Even though the public defender pleaded me quilty? At that time I was not in my right mind and "did not" understand what was happening to me. Also is there any "Pro Bono" help I can look into? Please help.

How long do you get for failing to register as a sex offender when it was just not telling new address? Also, when they did not give 10 days for him to hve an address after they forced us to move from our house without papers or a court order. We didn't have any money to move so my mother in law sent us money to move down by her and they already knew where we moved to, because 3 days after we moved they had a warrant for my husbands arrest for failing to register as a sex offender hen he had just registered two months before we left.
