Class B Felony Identity Theft

In 2010 i committed a class b identity theft felony charge. Stupidly, I used a woman'a credit card to purchase $500 worth of merchandise. Didn't do time but i was sentenced 1 yr supervised probation, 1 yr unsupervised and 40 hrs community service which I'm about to finish this week. Any chance I'll be able to remove this? Made a terrible choice. I'm a single mom trying to move forward in life, any help is appreciated. Thank you.
