Possession of firearm by felon charge
so recently my apartment got broken into by three black males while me and my daughter had left my mother and step dad were sleeping in my daughters room when 3 black males broke in to my apartment and tried to rob us and my mom and step dad were shot in the process well the suspects got away when crime scene and the cops got there they wanted me to sign a search warrant they had told us they were just going to search for evidence like bullet holes and casing well they entered my room and they begain to search they grabbed my hand gun that i had for protection for my household they quickly accused my husband of it being his when im the one that purshased the gun but because my husband is a felon they said because he drove the gun from one place to another they put him in possesion even though i was the one that had it in my lap while he was driving
